- Coed participation is welcome
- Games will be played at Dakota Collegiate (Murray Field)
- Rules are based on Football Canada Flag rules, with modifications including 7v8 and other modifications determined by the Pro Prep Competition Committee.
- 3 MFOA officials per game. Grants access to discounted services available through Pro Prep Academy
- Pro Prep Academy is fully embedded and sanctioned through Football Manitoba
- All Pro Prep Flag Football participants are fully insured through Football Manitoba and Football Canada.
