How do YOU Fuel your Performance?

Sport Nutrition is a critical piece of every athlete’s success in sport performance.  The benefits of a well-developed sport nutrition plan have been scientifically proven time and time again, and can impact: immune function, mental clarity, physical energy, recovery time, growth and development, etc.

Athletes are often faced with nutritional challenges, which result from training at a high-performance level, competing (and travelling) on most weekends, and balancing school/work/training/etc.  This often results in athletes eating on the run, choosing convenience foods, feeling tired and not being able to perform as expected.

As an athlete, you require sound nutritional knowledge to assist you in making informed choices to achieve a higher level in your sport and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
