Pro Prep Academy co-founders DJ Lalama and Andrew Harris are pleased to announce the return of Pro Prep Academy Sessions. Beginning on Tuesday, March. 16, all sessions will take place at the Golf Dome, with skill development and performance training opportunities both available. All programming is for athletes aged 12 and older. Individuals will be separated into age cohorts depending on the range.
“Andrew and I are extremely excited to have the opportunity to get back on the field with student-athletes,” said Lalama.
“It has been four long months since we were last able to be in-person and we look forward to dusting the rust off with our Back 2 Basics programming options. Speed, agility, quickness, plyometrics and conditioning drills will be offered to student-athletes from all sports as we highly encourage multi-sport participation. Our soccer and football specific skill sessions will follow, and we look forward to building off the fall sessions with these groups and adding new members to the Pro Prep Family.” Harris continued,
“We all miss sports, what they do for student-athletes, coaches, and parents alike. We look forward to our weekly programming options through the month of March and the ability for all of us to get back on the field doing what we love to do,” continued Harris.
“We will be following all provincial health guidelines and those put in place by Sport Manitoba and the Golf Dome, and we appreciate both of these groups and their willingness to create a safe place for us to resume activity. We hope to see you there!”
