Key accomplishments/background

Sport has been a major influence throughout Darwin’s life. He first fell in love with hockey growing up on the prairies and transitioned into track, basketball, football and rugby where he was a participant in the Canada Games. His athleticism allowed him to excel throughout his sports career and was described in the Winnipeg Free Press as, “having the type of speed you need when running after the bus!”

Darwin played for the Sisler Spartans, leading the team to multiple championships and was awarded the prestigious Harry Hood award. After high school, he continued his love for sports participating on the University of Manitoba Bisons track team, where he was a 60m Can West finalist. On the Bisons football team, he was named a team captain and CIS All-Star, all while obtaining a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree.

His personal experience in sport along with 16-years of experience coaching athletes from football to ultimate, and everything in between has positioned him to be a leader in speed training.

Darwin’s passion lies in helping athletes achieve the speed and athleticism they need to perform at the highest level.
