Accomplishments/Background
Registered Massage Therapist, Graduate of Evolve college’s 2200 hour program that has trained me in, Relaxation, Sports massage, Myofascial work, Trigger point therapy, and structural massage. Highschool for me is when I found my passion for weight lifting and football. Hard-work has brought me opportunities to train alongside CFL players for 3 years which then led to opportunities down the road giving back using my massage training to help work with some of these athletes. Weight lifting for me is something I hold close to my heart and continue to pursue in the world of bodybuilding, in 2020 I’ve Competed in my first bodybuilding show securing a bronze medal in mens natural physique and another silver medal in the True novice.

Coming out of high school I had no idea what I wanted to do, there’s been a lot of opportunities that I am extremely grateful to have had the chance to be a part of. All these opportunities led me to where I am today, they involved guidance from strength coaches, speed coaches, teachers, friends, family as they all had an impact on my life and future, they turned me into the person I am today and allowed me to reach my full potential when I didn’t even realize what that could be! Looking back at that moment I knew I wanted to be a part of something special, a community, a family and that’s why I truly believe pro prep is so unique with the group of individuals putting together their passion, drive and expertise, there’s nothing like it.
I can’t wait to continue this journey and learn just like each one of you everyday, I want to give back and be apart of your story, I want YOU to reach your full potential and YOU to reach your dreams, and for me if I can help any of you achieve that, that would be the best reward I could ask for.

I am extremely excited to be working alongside such an amazing team of professionals that all bring different expertise to the field, I am most excited to see each one of are athletes grow each day with the best team that I believe has been put together, the services that the team at pro prep has put together is exciting itself.
